  1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of medical equipment and related products (“Products”) via our online platform operated by Oxycare BV. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

    You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If purchasing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind the entity.

    Product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. We strive to keep the information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all items are always in stock or as described.
  5. Orders
    Orders placed via the Platform are considered offers to purchase subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, especially in case of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
  6. Pricing and Payment
    All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. We accept payment by credit cards, bank transfers, and PayPal. Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched.
  7. Shipping and Delivery
    We deliver to the entire Caribbean region. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not binding. Shipping costs and options are displayed during checkout.
  8. Returns and Refunds
    Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain items (e.g., opened sterile medical products) may be non-returnable. Refunds are issued after inspection, minus applicable fees.
  9. Warranty
    Products may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Oxycare BV does not provide any additional warranties unless explicitly stated.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxycare BV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damage arising from the use or misuse of the Products.
  11. Compliance and Use of Products
    The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the Products are used in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards. Some Products may require authorization, certification, or medical supervision.
  12. Privacy
    Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with data protection laws applicable in Sint Maarten and any other relevant jurisdiction.
  13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms are governed by the laws of Sint Maarten. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sint Maarten.
