Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The return is accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Certain items (e.g., opened sterile medical products) may not be returnable for health and safety reasons.

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been inspected, minus any applicable fees.
Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
